Keynote Speech speakers
Marta GASPARIN is Professor in Culture, Organization, and Entrepreneurship
at Copenhagen Business School where she teaches
“Innovation and Entrepreneurship”. Her research draws from
Science and Technology Studies (STS) combined with studies of
design management, innovation, and slow movements with organisation
studies. She explores how design and innovation processes
emerge, how values are created, and the role of the human
and non-human actors in innovation, design, and craft processes,
and how these actors mobilise organisational politics and aesthetics.
Before joining CBS, Marta received several research grants to
explore how social innovation can generate improvements in the
creative ecosystem and create wider collective creative engagement
around cultural heritage.

Luca PAOLAZZI is the Scientific Director of the Nord Est Foundation,
the think-tank devoted to understanding, reflect,ing and activating
dialogue on the present and the economic future of Italy’s
North East territories. Luca has a degree in Economic policy from
Bocconi University. As an independent economist, Luca collaborated
with REF Ricerche and currently acts as an advisor to Ceresio
Investors. From 2007 to 2018 he chaired the Research Center of
Confindustria. He has held teaching assignments at the University
of Palermo. Since 2006 he’s been a member of the Adriano Olivetti
Insititute for economic and business performance.
